I am an ICF certified Transformative Coach, specialising in confidence and wellbeing for women. Through my own personal growth journey, I learnt how to quieten my inner critic and live a life aligned with my values. I trained to be a Life Coach so I could support you do the same!

COACHING FAQs

  • The International Federation of Coaching (ICF) describes coaching as “partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires a person to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”

    Coaching is non-directive, which means that your coach will not give you the answers, but will help you explore the answers for yourself with powerful questions and exercises. It is a confidential space for you to think, process and plan. Within Transformative Coaching we explore personal beliefs and values to gain greater self-awareness of how they may help or hinder us to achieve our goals, alongside practical ways to take steps forwards.

  • Councelling is a talking therapy that helps with mental health conditions along with traumatic life events and bereavements etc. It largely focuses on past events and the feelings associated with these to help heal so that they are not impacting your day to day life. Mentoring is a relationship where the mentor will advise and give share their experience and knowledge to support development and improve skills.

    Coaching is a collaborative relationship which is future and action focused. Although we may touch on the past briefly to understand particular thought patterns or beliefs, the aim is to look at what actions can be taken to move forward towards a particular goal or vision. It helps to identify strengths values and skills and can help build confidence and self -belief.

  • All sessions will take place online on Zoom.

  • Coaching is right for you if you are wanting to make a positive change in your life and gain greater self-awareness.

    Coaching is a commitment that needs effort on your part to take action and do the work to gain the best results you can. It doesn’t always feel easy but the rewards are amazing if you invest the time.

    My qualification is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) so you can rest assured that my practice follows the highest of. ethical and professional standards.

    I am also a qualified lecturer with over 12 years of teaching experience, which I bring into my workshops and resources within the Harmony Hub.
